My SIL's pregnant! I can't wait to be an aunty! Recently she asked me to help her navigate the world of cloth nappies and I've decided to share with you an edited version of the e-mail I sent her. Happy Reading!

Our Cloth Journey

As a mother of three children I have changed my fair share of nappies!

Here at Squiggles and Bubbles central we are a cloth nappy loving bunch. I organise our local GCDC event each year and Numnut crows about the benefits of cloth nappies and recommends them to his friends and colleagues who are expecting. It wasn’t always so though!

Exploring hammers and crayons {Crayon Process Art}

We love process art, here! It has so much educational value, and allows the girls to explore their environments with their senses, express themselves through the creative arts, problem solve and make discoveries. Process art is exactly what it sounds like, it's not about creating a finished product but rather about exploring and enjoying the process.

It's this love of process art, that makes me so happy to be taking part in the Process Art Monthly Challenge, with other like-minded bloggers! Be sure to scroll to the end of this post and check out the links below to see how others are exploring with crayons this month!

Book Inspired Play for Toddlers and Preschoolers

One of my favourite ways to create invitations to play, for the girls, is by using a book for inspiration. Unfortunately, it's not something I've blogged about much, although I have plenty of photos of book inspired activities just waiting to be posted!

When Karen, from Raising Little Superheroes, invited me to be a part of her Book Inspired Crafts and Activities series I jumped at the chance!

The activity I'm sharing with you today is a simple one-but like most of our simple activities, it was a big hit with the girls!
